Customizable curve thresholds
All the described parameters can be stored in three different memory locations. In this way, the same CDI unit can be used for three different engines: no need to reconfigure!
The internal CDI firmware is stored in a flash memory and can be upgraded for new engines.
The control software (running under Microsoft Windows) allows to easily configure all CDI parameters (Demo version available on this website

The professional kit is provided with the same features as the DEMO version, plus:

The system is customized by electronic digital signature, so that only the proprietary team can access the internal data.
The PC software is customized with the team logo.
The system can be re-programmed while the engine is on.
The special feature "Banco Dinamico" allows to change the parameters of the CDI in real time, while the user is changing them on screen.

The professional kit Level 2 is provided with the same features as LEVEL 1, plus:

The special feature "Banco Statico" acquires the engine parameters in real time, positioning the cursor on the exact point of the curve, thus enabling direct parameter adjusting.

This management software runs under Windows 95/98/NT and allows the total management and programming of the CDI.

The program can manage as many as 8 different curves, selectable on request. Three operational modes are available:

Single curve (the 8 curves shown are identical);
8 Curves (each of the 8 curves can be configured separately);
1-8 Interpolated curves (when the first and last curve have been set, the software automatically interpolates the other curves).
The curve selection depends on the gas throttle position (k-trick). A software function ("Interpola K-Trick") helps you during this operation. Curves can be copied easily thanks to the special function "Copia Curve". Comments can be added by filling in the tables in the window called "Informazioni" (all of this is memorised into the CDI). The curves can be saved on a diskette, or printed whenever required.
