Audio-Video MPEG-2 Full Duplex Encoder/Decoder System
This board can be used to encode/decode analog NTSC & PAL video-audio signals and broadcast them in MPEG-2 format, or the opposite.
All functions are remotely controllable via RS232, and therefore no special knowledge of programming languages is needed.
Extremely versatile and easy to use even for non-experts of MPEG technology,
this board allows to develop and test your own products directly,
with a multitude of possible applications.

- Error concealment using syntax checker and concealment vectors
- MPEG-1 bitstream inside ISO-11172-2 decoded DVB compliant
- 4:2:0 -> 4:2:2 conversion (chrominance up-sampling) for video processor
- DAC Digital insertion for Teletext into the VBI
